End of Support: Privacy Awareness Training

The OneTrust Privacy Awareness Training module will be discontinued on December 31, 2026.

All existing Privacy Awareness Training customers will continue to have access to the module and its content through the end of your existing subscription. In addition, OneTrust will continue to provide technical customer support for Privacy Awareness Training through the end of your subscription.  

OneTrust historically offered customization and translation services for training content. Aligning with the end of support plans, OneTrust is ending these services offerings. OneTrust will accept requests for customization and translation through March 7, 2025.

End of Support: Ethics Training Content

The OneTrust Ethics Training Content module will be discontinued on December 31, 2026. 

All existing Ethics Training Content customers will continue to have access to the module through the end of your existing subscription. In addition, OneTrust will continue to provide customer support for Ethics Training Content through the end of your subscription. This does not affect Learning Management System (LMS) subscriptions, and we will migrate Convercent Education customers to the OneTrust LMS as previously planned. We do not have plans to sunset our Ethics LMS module at this time.
